Residing in the East Village of Manhattan, The Brownstone is a high-tech and eco-friendly building that combines the warmth of a private home and the sophistication of the New York City lifestyle. Comprised of charming exposed brick walls, the Brownstone’s modern and stylish décor is representative of the downtown scene. We also proudly own an extensive collection from award-winning photographer, Andre Reichmann.
Encompassing 6 floors, The Brownstone plays host to a myriad of events, ranging from cocktail parties and networking events in our Gallery and exclusive cooking classes with top kosher chefs in our dining bar.

Stone walls and dimmed lighting transform the lower level into a lounge for appetizers or a large Shabbat dinner that extends to the Basement’s garden.
The building’s main floor features glass partitions to divide the room, an outdoor garden and terrace, a library, and a seating area with flat screen TVs.
Installed with a video capable projector, the Gallery is perfect for conferences, private meetings, presentations, classes and large-scale events.
The third floor, known as our women’s floor, has beds and a large bathroom with 3 walk-in showers. This level will host groups from all over the world for trips and Shabbatons.
The fourth floor consists of two apartments for our scholar in residence, who accompanies the groups from all over the world, and for our director.
Identical to the layout of the third floor, the fifth floor is known as our men’s floor.
